A speech-language pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to provide essential support to students in an elementary school setting. This contract position focuses on delivering early intervention services within designated zones, offering the flexibility of either full-time or part-time hours.
Location: Pottstown, PA (with service areas including Upper Darby, Yeadon, Broomall, Lansdowne, and Aston)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver early intervention speech-language services to students across multiple designated zones.
- Collaborate with a team of SLPs within the Early Intervention program.
- Maintain flexibility in service areas to meet the needs of the student population.
- Manage caseloads effectively across assigned zones, typically working within one area.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with relevant state licensure.
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school or early intervention settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and educational staff.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to work full-time (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM) or part-time (minimum two days per week) as per program needs.
